В соответствии с новым п. 2.5 постановления Правительства РФ от 11 декабря 2014 г. № 1352, при расчете годовых объемов, предусмотренных п. 7 Положения об особенностях участия субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства в закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц, годовом объеме таких закупок и порядке расчета указанного объема не учитываются закупки, по результатам которых заключаются договоры, предусматривающие одновременно проектирование и строительство автомобильных дорог (участков автомобильных дорог) общего пользования федерального значения и (или) отдельных дорожных сооружений, являющихся их технологической частью, при условии установления в отношении участников закупки требований о привлечении к исполнению таких договоров (соглашений) субподрядчиков (соисполнителей) из числа субъектов МСП. Речь идет о закупках, осуществляемых с 1 января 2020 года государственными компаниями, созданными в целях реализации комплексного плана модернизации и расширения магистральной инфраструктуры на период до 2024 года, утвержденного распоряжением Правительства РФ от 30 сентября 2018 г. № 2101-р (Постановление Правительства РФ от 9 декабря 2020 г. № 2058).
При этом при формировании годового отчета о закупке товаров, работ, услуг у субъектов МСП такие договоры указываются в составе договоров, предусмотренных абз. 27 позиции 1 формы годового отчета, который с 1 января 2021 года действует в новой редакции.

They had their gloves on at the end of the last
season of Real Housewives of New Jersey.
And it seems little has changed between Teresa Giudice and her brother, Joe Gorga, who are said to be back at it again at the start
of filming for season five.
Fox News Correspondent Tom Murro told RadarOnline.com the siblings were involved in a screaming
match during a recent shoot, after she failed to visit him
in hospital.

The website reports Melissa was helping her longtime friend,
Kim DePaola, to promote her jewellery line when insults began slinging.
Kim’s assistant, Maria Sancilio, made an attempt to get Teresa and
Joe talking, telling him to ‘make peace’ with his sister.
But Joe wasn’t in the mood for reconciliation talks, apparently telling Maria:
‘Shut up and get the f**k out of here,’ and fueling the fire.

Joe then turned to Teresa, confronting her about

The reality star, who has long feuded with Joe’s wife, Melissa Gorga, dragged
her sister-in-law into the feud.

‘Why didn’t your wife tell me?’ she asks.
Joe blasted his sister for bringing up Melissa, and cameras are said to have
captured the siblings trading barbs.
Insults were slinging between Melissa and Teresa late last year, with the former accusing her sister-in-law of orchestrating a ‘vindictive and disgusting’ set-up to expose her alleged past as a stripper.

Gorga shares three children with Joe.
She has said the drama has brought the couple closer
together, however.
Recalling a sit-down with Joe after the events unfolded, Melissa told the website:
‘I said, «Did this really just happen?» I was crying.
His eyes teared up and he said, «I don’t know what’s happened to Teresa.»‘
Season five of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is scheduled to
premiere on Bravo this spring.

Dec 2 (Reuters) —
Wall Street’s main indexes were set for a flat open on Monday, with focus on a
slew of economic data this week, while Intel shares
rose after its CEO retired following its struggles to keep
up in the market for AI chips.
This week’s centerpiece would be the November nonfarm payrolls report due
on Friday, a key metric in also gauging the state of the
labor market.
Traders currently see a more than 65% chance of the Fed opting for a
25-basis-point rate cut when it meets later this month, compared to a near 83% chance seen a month prior, as per CME’s FedWatch Tool, on the back of data pointing to a resilient economy.
An October jobs opening reading is slated to be released
on Tuesday, while November private payrolls data is due on Wednesday.
The benchmark S&P 500 and the blue-chip Dow clocked all-time closing highs on Friday,
and recorded their best month in a year, capping off a stellar November for
U.S. equities.
«Investors are questioning themselves if they (should) be adding to their exposure to the markets now because they have been so less bullish and if they should chase it at this point,» said Sam Stovall, chief investment strategist at CFRA Research.
Investors relished in U.S. stocks last month after Republican candidate Donald Trump recaptured the
White House along with his party sweeping both houses of Congress.
Analysts expect Trump’s policies on tax cuts, tariffs and deregulation could spur greater
corporate performance. However, concerns that his policies could bump up inflation have also led to markets dialing back hopes of the Fed ramping up its rate
easing cycle.
The week is also packed with data that could indicate how the economy is faring,
including multiple surveys of economic activity for the last month.
November manufacturing activity surveys from S&P Global and the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) are due later in the day.
Numerous Fed speakers will also make public appearances this
week including Fed Chair Jerome Powell, with investors hunting
for any clues on the central bank’s policy path.
Comments from Fed Governor Christopher Waller and New York Fed President John Williams would be on the radar later
in the day.
At 8:33 a.m. ET, Dow E-minis were down 26 points, or 0.06%, S&P 500 E-minis were down 1 points, or 0.02%, and Nasdaq 100
E-minis were up 31.25 points, or 0.15%.
Intel jumped 5.8% after the chipmaker announced CEO Pat Gelsinger’s retirement.
Most megacap and growth stocks were flat-to-higher in premarket
trading, with Tesla leading gains, up 2.1%, after brokerage Stifel raised its target price
on the stock to $411 from $287.
Among other movers, PTC Therapeutics jumped 18.5% after the drugmaker signed an up to $2.9 billion licensing deal with Novartis AG for its experimental drug for a rare neurological disorder.
Software firm Cloudflare gained 4% after Morgan Stanley raised its
rating to «overweight» from «equal-weight» on the stock.

The shocking move left director Todd Haynes and indie superproducer Christine Vachon scrambling to find a replacement for the lead
role, which was ultimately unsuccessful due to the extraordinarily short time
before filming.
Vachon later called the experience a ‘nightmare,’ but she defended the film from critics who claimed only a
gay actor should have been cast in Phoenix’s role.
She reminded the writers of rude social media comments that
Phoenix was the person who brought the project to her and Haynes,
meaning he couldn’t be separated from the film.
Vachon also defended her production company’s record

into production in the first place.
Phoenix has reportedly suffered from cold feet on multiple previous projects that
he ultimately continued with.
