Правительство приняло решение продлить программу по возврату части затрат россиянам, которые путешествуют внутри страны. Для этих целей из бюджета будет выделено дополнительно 4,7 млрд руб.
Председатель Правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин поручил1 Ростуризму совместно с Минфином России подготовить необходимые поправки в правила реализации программы и сделать это максимально быстро.
Напомним, программа туристического кэшбека была запущена еще в прошлом году, и возможностью вернуть часть расходов воспользовались уже почти 700 тыс. человек. В настоящее время действует третий этап этой программы: для получения компенсации турист должен приобрести путевку до 15 июня и отправиться в путешествие до 30 июня 2021 года. Минимальная продолжительность тура составляет две ночи. Еще одно обязательное условие — оплата должна быть произведена через платежную карту «Мир».
За каждую купленную путевку на карту вернется 20% стоимости тура, но не более 20 тыс. руб. Выплата поступит автоматически в течение пяти дней с момента оплаты поездки (постановление Правительства РФ от 10 августа 2020 г. № 1200 «Об утверждении Правил предоставления в 2020 и 2021 годах из федерального бюджета субсидии акционерному обществу «Национальная система платежных карт» на стимулирование доступных внутренних туристических поездок через возмещение части стоимости оплаченной туристской услуги»).

Добавим, что 21 апреля в ходе Послания Федеральному Собранию Президент РФ Владимир Путин предложил возвращать в текущем году половину стоимости путевки при поездке детей в летний лагерь. Условие о том, что путевка должна быть оплачена с помощью карты «Мир». По предварительным расчетам, компенсацией воспользуются родители 357 тыс. детей. Из бюджета будет выделено на эти цели 5 млрд руб.
