Скорректировано Положение о системе мониторинга движения лекарств (постановление Правительства РФ от 20 марта 2020 г. № 311).
Для гармонизации нормативной базы системы маркировки и таможенного законодательства уточнена терминология.
Предусмотрена возможность предоплаты кодов маркировки. Снято ограничение по использованию кодов в течение 180 дней.
Перемещение лекарств между адресами мест осуществления деятельности согласно лицензии в течение 5 рабочих дней отражается в системе. Уточнено, что речь идет не только о лицензиях на производство лекарств и фармдеятельность, но и на оборот наркотиков и культивирование наркосодержащих растений.
