Установлена процедура проведения проверок Росздравнадзором использования психотропных и наркопрепаратов, хранящихся в аптечках первой помощи на морских и воздушных судах международного сообщения и в поездах международных линий (Приказ Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере здравоохранения от 17 января 2020 г. № 271).
Прописаны права и обязанности участников контролеров и проверяемых. Закреплены сроки и порядок проведения проверок, процедура оформления результатов. Установлены правила обжалования решений и действий (бездействия).
Если в ходе контроля выявлены нарушения, содержащие признаки преступления, то материалы проверки направляются в прокуратуру и правоохранительные органы.
