ФНС России на своем официальном сайте опубликовала информацию о присоединении еще трех регионов к эксперименту по введению специального налогового режима «НПД». С начала августа зарегистрироваться в качестве самозаняиого можно теперь в Республике Калмыкия, а также Вологодская и Магаданская областях.
Напомним, что применять спецрежим могут любые физлица и предприниматели, которые продают товары собственного производства, выполняют работы и оказывают услуги без наемных работников в регионе эксперимента (п. 1 ст. 4 Федерального закона от 27 ноября 2018 г. № 422-ФЗ). Суммарный доход, который получает самозанятый, не должен превышать 2,4 млн руб. в год.

Налоговая служба указывает, что все самозанятые, вставшие на учет в этом году, получат дополнительный налоговый бонус в размере 12 130 руб., помимо существующего налогового вычета в размере 10 тыс. руб. Он будет применяться автоматически в течение всего года для полной уплаты налога, а также пеней и штрафов по нему. При этом, 1 января 2021 года неиспользованный остаток дополнительного налогового вычета будет аннулирован, а основной налоговый вычет будет сохранен. Он будет применяться, как и ранее: уменьшать ставку налога на 1% в отношении доходов, полученных от физических лиц, и на 2% — в отношении доходов, полученных от юрлиц и предпринимателей.
