Михаил Мишустин заявил о введении нового порядка выплаты больничных и пособий по материнству напрямую из ФСС России, а не через работодателя. Он отметил1, что в некоторых регионах страны уже действуют такие пилотные проекты, и система зарекомендовала себя без нареканий. В этом случае у работодателей будет меньше бумажной работы, а работники положенные им выплаты получат быстрее. При этом территориальные органы ФСС России проверяют правильность всех начислений.

Премьер-министр РФ сообщил, что с 2022 года такая практика оплаты по больничным листам будет распространена на всю страну. Также он сообщил о переходе на проактивный формат работы, когда пособия по временной нетрудоспособности, беременности и родам будут оформляться автоматически, на основании электронного листка нетрудоспособности, получение сведений для назначения таких пособий будет проходить в электронном виде.
