Обновлены Правила возмещения вреда, причиняемого тяжеловесными транспортными средствами (постановление Правительства РФ от 31 января 2020 г. № 67).
Пересмотрены правила расчета платы. Уточнены показатели допустимой нагрузки на ось ТС.
Предусмотрено, что при превышении допустимой массы транспортного средства от 2 до 15 процентов (включительно) к размеру вреда, причиняемого такими ТС, применяются понижающие коэффициенты. В частности, по 31 декабря 2020 года включительно применяется коэффициент 0,2.
Ранее изданные акты по этим вопросам утратили силу.
Постановление вступило в силу 1 февраля 2020 года.
