Начиная с отчета за 2019 год, организациям предстоит сдавать в органы статистики отчетность по новым формам. Совсем недавно Росстат скорректировал формы отчетности об основных фондах (приказ Ростата от 15 июля 2019 г. № 404).

На этот раз речь идет об отчетах, в которых отражаются сведения о численности работников, условиях их труда и зарплате. С введением этих форм действующие в настоящее время статистические отчеты утратят силу.
Приказом утверждены 18 отчетных форм:

№ 1-Т «Сведения о численности и заработной плате работников»
Годовая, начиная с отчета за 2019 год
№ 1-Т (условия труда) «Сведения о состоянии условий труда и компенсациях на работах с вредными и (или) опасными условиями труда»
№ 2-ГС (ГЗ) «Сведения о дополнительном профессиональном образовании федеральных государственных гражданских служащих и государственных гражданских служащих субъектов РФ»
№ 2-МС «Сведения о дополнительном профессиональном образовании муниципальных служащих»
№ 1-Т (ГМС) «Сведения о численности и оплате труда работников государственных органов и органов местного самоуправления по категориям персонала»
Квартальная, начиная с отчета за 1 квартал 2020 года
№ П-4 (НЗ) «Сведения о неполной занятости и движении работников»
№ ЗП-образование «Сведения о численности и оплате труда работников сферы образования по категориям персонала»
№ ЗП-наука «Сведения о численности и оплате труда работников организаций, осуществляющих научные исследования и разработки, по категориям персонала»
№ ЗП-здрав «Сведения о численности и оплате труда работников сферы здравоохранения по категориям персонала»
№ ЗП-соц «Сведения о численности и оплате труда работников сферы социального обслуживания по категориям персонала»
№ ЗП-культура «Сведения о численности и оплате труда работников сферы культуры по категориям персонала»
№ 3-Ф «Сведения о просроченной задолженности по заработной плате»
Ежемесячная, начиная с отчета за январь 2020 года
№ 1-З «Анкета выборочного обследования рабочей силы»
№ 1-ПР «Сведения о приостановке (забастовке) и возобновлении работы трудовых коллективов»
№ П-4 «Сведения о численности и заработной плате работников»
№ 57-Т «Сведения о заработной плате работников по профессиям и должностям»
Сдается 1 раз в 2 года за нечетные года начиная с отчета за 2019 год
№ 1-ГС «Сведения о составе работников, замещавших государственные должности и должности государственной гражданской службы, по полу, возрасту, стажу государственной службы, образованию»
Сдается 1 раз в 3 года начиная с отчета по состоянию на 1 октября 2019 года
№ 1-МС «Сведения о составе работников, замещавших муниципальные должности и должности муниципальной службы, по полу, возрасту, стажу муниципальной службы, образованию»
