Они установлены приказом Минэкономразвития России от 21 октября 2019 г. № 684, который на днях был зарегистрирован в Минюсте России.
Документ устанавливает следующие показатели на 2020 год:
для НДФЛ – 1,813 (коэффициент-дефлятор по НДФЛ применяется при индексации фиксированных авансовых платежей);для ЕНВД – 2,009 (коэффициент используется для корректировки базовой доходности при определении налоговой базы);для ПСН – 1,592 (показатель необходим для расчета налога);для торгового сбора – 1,382 (ставка сбора подлежит ежегодной индексации на коэффициент-дефлятор, установленный на соответствующий календарный год).
Для УСН коэффициент на 2020 год не устанавливается, поскольку он уже определен ч. 4 ст. 4 Федерального закона от 3 июля 2016г. № 243-ФЗ. Что касается коэффициента-дефлятора для целей исчисления налога на имущество физлиц, то в его установлении тоже нет необходимости – он применяется к инвентаризационной стоимости, которая с 2020 года больше не будет использоваться при расчете налога (ч. 3 ст. 5 Федерального закона от 4 октября 2014 г. № 284-ФЗ).
