Президент Российской Федерации поручил Правительству Российской Федерации совместно с профильной комиссией Госсовета РФ проанализировать правоприменительную практику обеспечения социально-трудовых прав работников, проживающих в вахтовых посёлках. В случае необходимости по результатам исследования к началу лета должны быть представлены предложения по совершенствованию законодательства в этой сфере (Поручение Президента РФ от 28 января 2021 г.).
