Минфин России внес изменения в порядок проведения экспертизы применимости документов, содержащих международные стандарты аудита, на территории РФ (приказ Минфина России от 19 марта 2021 г. № 41н).
Так, в частности, указывается, что при проведении экспертизы впервые вводимых в действие на территории РФ документов, содержащих международные стандарты аудита, будет проверяться необходимость дополнения его отдельными положениями, определяющими особенности применения его на территории России. В отношении уже введенных в действие документов, содержащих международные стандарты аудита, Минфин России оценит обоснованность их дополнения отдельными положениями, определяющими порядок применения на территории РФ.
Кроме того, Минфин России может принять решение дополнить отдельными положениями, определяющими особенности применения стандарта на территории России, других документов, содержащих международные стандарты аудита.

По результатам экспертизы будут либо подтверждена применимость документа в целом на территории РФ, либо с изъятием отдельных положений такого документа, применимость которых на территории России подтверждена быть не может, и (или) дополнением этого документа отдельными положениями, определяющими особенности применения его на территории страны. Также может быть решено полностью не применять документ, содержащий международные стандарты аудита.
