ФНС России на своем официальном сайте размести информацию об истечении подачи заявления на получение субсидии за апрель. Мера поддержки предусмотрена для организаций и предпринимателей малого и среднего бизнеса, включенных в соответствующий реестр, работающих в наиболее пострадавших от распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции отраслях. Для того, чтобы получить субсидию, ОКВЭД основного вида деятельности налогоплательщика по состоянию на 1 марта 2020 года должен быть указан в перечне пострадавших отраслей, определяемых Правительством РФ (постановление Правительства РФ от 3 апреля 2020 г. № 434). Напомним, что в конце мая перечень был расширен. В него добавили раздел «Средства массовой информации и производство печатной продукции» (постановление Правительства РФ от 26 мая 2020 г. № 745).
Для получения субсидии заявитель должен не только быть включен в реестр МСП по состоянию на 1 марта 2020 года, но и не иметь долгов более 3 тыс. руб. Кроме того, обязательным условием получения субсидии является сохранения количества работников на определенном уровне. Так, в месяц, за который выплачивается субсидия, оно должно составлять не менее 90% количества работников в марте 2020 года или быть снижено не более чем на одного человека по отношению к этому числу.

Проверить право на получение субсидии налогоплательщики могут на официальном сайте налоговой службы в специальном сервисе. Для этого следует лишь ввести свой ИНН. Заявление на получение субсидии также можно направить на сайте службы – через личный кабинет юрлица или предпринимателя. ФНС России напоминает, что для этого не понадобится квалифицированная электронная подпись. Заявление будет создано автоматически на основе имеющихся сведений, останется лишь выбрать реквизиты своего банковского счета для получения субсидии и нажать “Отправить заявление”. Другой вариант подачи заявления – через ТКС или по почте.
