В соответствии с новой редакцией ч. 2 ст. 82.1 Закона от 5 апреля 2013 г. № 44-ФЗ «О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд»,которая вступает в силу 1 июля 2020 года, заказчик вправе осуществлять закупки путем проведения запроса котировок в электронной форме при условии, что НМЦК не превышает трех млн руб. При этом годовой объем закупок, осуществляемых таким способом не должен превышать 10% СГОЗ заказчика (Федеральный закон от 27 декабря 2019 г. № 449-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в Федеральный закон «О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд»).
