Скорректирован Закон о валютном регулировании (Федеральный закон от 16 октября 2019 г. № 341-ФЗ).
Не будет нарушением требований по репатриации валюты получение экспортной выручки за вычетом сумм комиссионного вознаграждения, уплаченных банкам-корреспондентам за операции по переводу денежных средств.
Также указаны условия использования переводного (трансферабельного) аккредитива, при которых не будут нарушены требования по репатриации выручки. При этом агенты валютного контроля потребуют у резидентов документы, подтверждающие расчеты по переводному аккредитиву. При этом размер комиссии они смогут запросить сами.
Поправки вступят в силу 27 октября 2019 года.
