Роспотребнадзор планирует внести поправки в правила профилактики COVID-19, которые утверждены постановлением Главного государственного санитарного врача Российской Федерации от 22 мая 2020 г. № 15. Соответствующий проект изменений опубликован1 на федеральном портале проектов нормативных правовых актов.
В частности, изменения могут коснуться раздела V правил, который регламентирует организацию противоэпидемических мероприятий, связанных с госпитализацией лиц с подтвержденным диагнозом COVID-19, и профилактикой внутрибольничного инфицирования.
Так, предлагается экстренно поступающим в медстационары пациентам проводить тестирование любым из методов, определяющих генетический материал или антиген возбудителя COVID-19. При этом до получения результатов тестирования пациентов необходимо будет госпитализировать в изоляторы, диагностические палаты или палаты на 1 – 2 койки.

При плановой госпитализации в стационары неинфекционного профиля, в том числе дневные предлагается ввести правило, когда пациент сам должен представить отрицательные результаты лабораторного обследования, проведенного не ранее чем за 3 дня до госпитализации, любым из методов, определяющих генетический материал или антиген возбудителя COVID-19.
Отмечается, что соответствующие меры направлены на минимизацию риска заноса COVID-19 и предупреждения внутрибольничного распространения инфекции. Антикоррупционная экспертиза проекта завершится 25 марта, а общественное обсуждение – 8 апреля.
