Не действующими на территории Российской Федерации признаны более 3,6 тысяч актов СССР и их отдельных положений (постановление Правительства РФ от 3 февраля 2020 г. № 80). Их общее число – 3621.
Постановление вступит в силу 21 февраля 2020 года (за исключением отдельных пунктов перечня, для которых установлен иной срок, – 1 января 2021 года).
Напомним, что перечень утвержден по итогам второго этапа работы с правовыми актами СССР и РСФСР в рамках реализации механизма «регуляторной гильотины». Ранее – в январе – утратившими силу были признаны 1259 правовых актов РСФСР и РФ и их отдельных положений (подробнее об этом читайте здесь).
