Минздрав анонсировал скорую отмену действующих Правил оптовой торговли лекарственными препаратами для медприменения (проект приказа Минздрава России «О признании утратившим силу приказа Министерства здравоохранения и социального развития Российской Федерации от 28 декабря 2010 г. № 1222н «Об утверждении Правил оптовой торговли лекарственными средствами для медицинского применения»).
Причина отмены в том, что фактически на территории РФ в области оптовой реализации, транспортирования и хранения лекарственных средств действуют Правила надлежащей дистрибьюторской практики ЕАЭС, утвержденные решением Совета Евразийской экономической комиссии от 3 ноября 2016 г. № 80, в соответствии с Соглашением о единых принципах и правилах обращения лекарственных средств ЕАЭС от 23 декабря 2014 г.
Таким образом, отмена Правил оптовой торговли необходима во избежание двойного регулирования и дублирования указанных норм.
