Председатель Правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин заявил, что кабмин работает над законопроектом, который призван облегчить участникам судебного процесса возможность участвовать в заседании в дистанционном режиме.
Если сегодня судопроизводство может осуществляться через видео-конференц-связь, то в случае одобрения поправок суды смогут также проводить заседания в форме веб-конференций. Премьер-министр подчеркнул, что для подключения к таким веб-конференциям стороны и иные участники процесса смогут использовать в том числе смартфон или планшет.
«Мы также закрепляем в законодательстве возможность контактировать с судебными органами в удаленном режиме. Теперь направить заявление, а также получить сообщение о заседании и повестку можно будет через единый портал государственных услуг и другие информационные системы, которые определит Верховный Суд», — добавил Михаил Мишустин.
Ожидается, что поправки будут носить комплексный характер и затронут одновременно процедуры арбитражного, гражданского и административного судопроизводства.

Такие нововведения позволят участникам судебных заседаний сэкономить время и средства, особенно если судебное разбирательство проходит в другом регионе.
Добавим, что в октябре прошлого года Минюст России вынес на общественное обсуждение законопроект1, который содержит указанные новеллы. В частности, в случае его одобрения через портал госуслуг можно будет направить исковое заявление, жалобу, представление и иные документы.
