Федеральным законом от 1 апреля 2019 г. № 48-ФЗ внесены изменения в порядок индивидуального персонифицированного учета в системе ОПС. Страховое свидетельство (СНИЛС) больше не оформляют. Вместо него физлиц информируют о регистрации в системе учета уведомлением, в том числе в электронной форме. Соответствующие корректировки внесены в ст. 65 Трудового кодекса (письмо ПФР от 28 июня 2019 г. № 09-19/13246).
Возник вопрос о регистрации в системе персучета дистанционного сотрудника, поступающего на работу впервые. Согласно ст. 65 ТК РФ если на лицо, поступающее на работу впервые, не был открыт ИЛС, работодателем представляются в орган ПФР сведения, необходимые для регистрации указанного лица в системе индивидуального (персонифицированного) учета.
Разъяснено, что ИЛС открывается, в том числе на основании заявления лица, поданного им лично, через работодателя или через МФЦ. Заявление предоставляется в орган ПФР посредством заполнения анкеты, форма которой утверждена постановлением Правления ПФР от 11 января 2017 г. № 2п.
Если гражданин не имеет возможности лично заверить анкету по причине длительного (свыше одного месяца) нахождения в командировке, длительной болезни или иной причине, страхователь указывает эту причину в анкете и заверяет ее. Территориальный орган ПФР в течение 5 рабочих дней со дня получения анкеты принимает решение об открытии ИЛС. В случае подачи физлицом заявления через работодателя, информирование, а также выдача ему документа, подтверждающего регистрацию в системе, осуществляется через работодателя. Все эти положения распространяются и на дистанционных работников.

The thread began with a question from user u/Fantastic-Ant-4429, who asked:

Having sex in the desert, a library and on a plane were some of the most upvoted responses, Huffpost reported.
Reddit user u/ElPresidente714 admitted to trying to have sex in the desert at night when coming back from Vegas.
But in reality, they were met with ‘creepy crawly desert things don’t sleep at night’.
Another, u/DonSmitty said a ‘buddy in high school’ covered his girlfriend (including her genitals) in chocolate syrup.
But it didn’t end well — she got infected with a ‘crazy’
yeast infection.
Doing it in a storage unit was another unusual fantasy which ended badly.
User u/isthisfark wrote: ‘There’s a closing time and if you miss it you’ll get stuck behind the gates for the night.
Then the people who live there start rustling.’
Not everyone pursues or even plans to act on their sexual fantasies in real life.
But a handful of those who have tried to make their browser history a reality have confessed they didn’t quite go to plan — a thread on Reddit revealed
The thread began with a question from user u/Fantastic-Ant-4429 ,

Another user u/odysseus-23, warned against trying to have sex in a library due to
the likelihood of getting ‘caught on the cameras’.
And while joining the Mile High Club — engaging in sex acts while aboard an airplane — might sound exciting, some warn that
it is anything but.

And people notice, they always notice,’ u/bigindianenergy29 commented.
Some people came to the conclusion that the bed is the best location. u/Mundane-Garbage1003 wrote: ‘Most «having sex in an unusual place» fantasies in my experience

The Rotten Tomatoes verified critic said two people fainted right in front of her during
the screening she attended at Innaloo Cinemas
in Perth over the weekend.
The first fainted during the opening scene, she said in her
film review shared to YouTube, and the second nearer to the end of
the two-house spectacle.
‘Can you tell me… why did two people feint right in front of me during that film?’ she said.
‘Both trying to run down the stairs to get
to the bathrooms because they felt so queasy.’
The horror film fanatic said she spoke to both people
and tried to assist them because she was seated directly behind them.
The first was a man, who left with a friend who came
to check on him, and second Australian victim was a young woman.
‘This poor girl gashed her head open as she fell down the stairs,
I felt so bad for her. I went and checked on her afterwards,’ Clarke claimed.
‘She did get help. She was with her friend.
It really shook me up too. It actually took me out of the film for the moment.’
The reviewer, who has been sharing her thoughts on scary movies for the past four
years, said she has never seen audience members have such a visceral reaction to a film.

They were both very young people. I feel really awful about it to be honest.’
