Трудовой кодекс дополнен упоминаниями о работниках органов принудительного исполнения (Федеральный закон от 24 апреля 2020 г. № 127-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в Трудовой кодекс Российской Федерации»). Так, в частности, теперь в Кодексе будет указано, что особенности применения норм раздела о социальном партнерстве к таким работникам устанавливаются федеральными законами.
