В соответствии с изменениями, внесенными в ч. 42.1 ст. 112 Законаот 5 апреля 2013 г. № 44-ФЗ «О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд» , начисленные контрагенту, но не списанные заказчиком суммы неустоек в связи с неисполнением или ненадлежащим исполнением в том числе в 2020 году обязательств, предусмотренных контрактом, подлежат списанию в случаях и порядке, которые установлены Правительством РФ (Федеральный закон от 1 апреля 2020 г. № 98-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации по вопросам предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций»).
Указанные изменения вступили в силу 1 апреля текущего года.
