Минтруд России ответил на вопрос о возможности установления работникам с инвалидностью I или II группы ненормированного рабочего дня. В ведомстве напомнили, что статьей 92 Трудового кодекса для указанной категории работников предусмотрена сокращенная продолжительность рабочего времени – не более 35 часов в неделю. По мнению специалистов ведомства, данное обстоятельство исключает возможность работы на условиях ненормированного рабочего дня (письмо Минтруда России от 30 мая 2019 г. № 14-2/ООГ-3899).
