В подготовленном специалистами министерства письме отмечается, что в соответствии с ч. 50 ст. 112 Федерального закона от 5 апреля 2013 г. № 44-ФЗ «О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд» (далее – Закон № 44-ФЗ) по 31 декабря 2019 года включительно подача заявок на участие в электронных процедурах и участие в них осуществляются в том числе лицами, которые были аккредитованы на электронной площадке до 1 января 2019 года, информация и документы которых включены в реестр, предусмотренный ст. 62 Закона № 44-ФЗ. При этом регистрация указанных заказчиков в ЕИС не требуется (письмо Минфина России от 13 марта 2019 г. № 24-03-08/16222).
