Со следующего года федеральный бюджет перестанет софинансировать региональные мероприятия по развитию сети фельдшерско-акушерских пунктов и офисов врачей общей практики в сельской местности (постановление Правительства РФ от 30 ноября 2019 г. № 1569 «О внесении изменений в государственную программу Российской Федерации»).
Вместо этого из федерального бюджета будут распределяться субсидии на обеспечение лекарствами амбулаторных пациентов, перенесших ОНМК или ОКС, а также после аортокоронарного шунтирования, ангиопластики коронарных артерий со стентированием и катетерной абляции по поводу сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, кроме инвалидов (профилактика развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и сердечно-сосудистых осложнений у пациентов высокого риска, находящихся на диспансерном наблюдении).
Соответствующие изменения внесены в госпрограмму РФ «Развитие здравоохранения».
Установлены правила предоставления и распределения указанных средств. Определены критерии отбора регионов, условия и результаты субсидирования, установлена формула расчета выделяемых средств.
