Специалисты антимонопольного ведомства напомнили об обязанности заказчиков выполнять требования нормативных правовых актов, устанавливающих в соответствии с ч. 3-4 ст. 14 Федерального закона от 5 апреля 2013 г. № 44-ФЗ «О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд» запрет на допуск товаров, происходящих из иностранного государства или группы иностранных государств, работ, услуг, соответственно выполняемых, оказываемых иностранными лицами, условия, ограничения допуска указанных товаров, работ, услуг (письмо ФАС России от 29 марта 2019 г. № 17/25505/19 «О рассмотрении обращения»). Так, одним из указанных нормативных актов является постановление Правительства РФ от 5 февраля 2015 г. № 102 «Об ограничениях и условиях допуска отдельных видов медицинских изделий, происходящих из иностранных государств, для целей осуществления закупок для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд» (далее – Постановление № 102).

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found
a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
