В него дополнительно включены такие основания, как отказ от назначения на должности, предложенные в связи с истечением срока полномочий или досрочным прекращением полномочий, а также отсутствие на службе в течение более четырех месяцев подряд в связи с временной нетрудоспособностью (если законодательством не установлен более длительный срок сохранения места работы). Соответствующие корректировки в Федеральный закон от 17 января 1992 г. № 2202-I «О прокуратуре Российской Федерации» внесены Федеральным законом от 26 июля 2019 г. № 205-ФЗ, который на днях подписал Президент РФ Владимир Путин.
Также поправками предусмотрена возможность зачисления прокуроров субъектов РФ, городов, районов и приравненных к ним специализированных прокуроров (за исключением военных прокуроров) по окончании срока их полномочий или при досрочном прекращении таких полномочий для решения вопроса об условиях дальнейшего прохождения службы соответственно в распоряжение Генеральной прокуратуры Российской Федерации, прокуратуры субъекта РФ, приравненной к ней специализированной прокуратуры на срок до двух месяцев.
Изменения вступят в силу с 6 августа.
