Внесены поправки в КоАП, предусматривающие усиление административной ответственности за несоблюдение запретов в сфере торговли табачной продукцией. Соответствующие поправки внесены в ст. 14.53 КоАП РФ (Федеральный закон от 31 июля 2020 г. № 278-ФЗ).
Так, за продажу несовершеннолетним табачной продукции или табачных изделий (ч. 3 ст. 14.53 КоАП РФ) усилены административные штрафы и теперь их размеры составляют для:
граждан – от 20 тыс. до 40 тыс. руб. (ранее от 3 тыс. до 5 тыс. руб.); должностных лиц – от 40 тыс. до 70 тыс. руб. (ранее от 30 тыс. до 50 тыс. руб.); юрлиц – от 150 тыс. до 300 тыс. руб. (ранее от 100 тыс. до 150 тыс. руб).

Также в несколько раз увеличены штрафы за оптовую или розничную продажу насвая, табака сосательного (снюса) (ч. 2 ст. 14.53 КоАП РФ) и их размеры составят для граждан от 15 тыс. до 20 тыс. руб., должностных лиц – от 30 тыс. до 50 тыс. руб., юрлиц – от 100 тыс. до 150 тыс. руб.
Поправки в КоАП РФ о новых размерах штрафов вступят в силу 11 августа.
