Минсельхоз России подготовил предложение1, которое позволит предоставлять поддержку агропромышленному комплексу в электронной форме. Министерство предлагает создать специальную информационную систему для представителей отрасли.
С помощью этой системы сельхозпроизводители смогут узнать о всех мерах государственной поддержки агрокомплекса и подать заявку для их получения. Кроме того, сервис позволит вести единый перечень мер господдержки в этой области и собирать достоверную отчетность по их реализации.
Если инициатива получит одобрение, правительство должно будет определить: • правила, по которым будет создаваться и работать новый ресурс; • перечень информации, включаемой в информационную систему, и порядок ее получения; • правила регистрации участников; • регламент взаимодействия новой системы с другими информационными системами для обмена сведениями.
Предполагается, что система будет запущена с 1 января 2022 года, а до этого момента проведут ее опытную эксплуатацию. Все расходы по созданию и обслуживанию сервиса возлагаются на федеральный бюджет.
В случае одобрения поправок Федеральный закон от 29 декабря 2006 г. № 264-ФЗ «О развитии сельского хозяйства» будет дополнен новой статьей 171.
