Напомним, государственный праздник День защитника Отечества отмечается в России 23 февраля, в связи с чем для рационального использования работниками выходных и нерабочих праздничных дней выходной день с субботы 20 февраля перенесен на понедельник 22 февраля 2021 года (постановление Правительства РФ от 10 октября 2020 г. № 1648).
Таким образом, россиян, которые работают пятидневную рабочую неделю, ожидают 6 рабочих дней (с 15 по 20 февраля включительно) и затем трехдневный период отдыха (с 21 по 23 февраля). Поэтому 20 февраля является предпраздничным днем, когда продолжительность рабочего дня сокращается на один час. Следующая рабочая неделя для сотрудников с пятидневной рабочей неделей начнется в среду, 24 февраля, и будет трехдневной.

Отметим, в соответствии со ст. 153 ТК РФ работа в выходные или нерабочие праздничные дни оплачивается работодателем не менее чем в двойном размере. Конкретная плата за труд в эти дни фиксируется в коллективном договоре или локальном нормативном акте.
Следующие трехдневные выходные ожидают россиян с 6 по 8 марта. Ознакомиться с количеством рабочих и выходных дней в конкретном месяце и квартале можно в нашем производственном календаре.
